Our goal is that Install Pros as a company will reflect God’s love and light into the darkness of this world. Our focus is to empower men and women to be the leaders God has called them to be in order to impact the lives of their families and our customers.
Redemptive Opportunity
Since I was a young man, I felt the calling to build up other men. I have been fortunate enough to be provided with mentors and leaders throughout my life that have built me up, encouraged me, challenged me, and guided my faith in the Lord to become strong and independent. Since this is the example that has been set before me, I feel a strong sense of needing to be that role in the workforce. I have been called to lead other men to become their maximum potential and to deeply and lovingly know the Lord. As a company, we strive to be an example to our employees and to other companies. We hope to see a movement in the workplace that will lead to a culture of living selflessly for the Lord. After investing in our employees and growing them as men and as believers, we can impact the community through the light we reflect on our construction jobs.

My name is Josh Sanders, and I am the owner and operator of Install Pros in Oklahoma City. We are a general contractor specializing in remodels, repairs, and tenant turnover projects such as Make Ready's and TRR repairs. We pride ourselves on being responsive, honest, and collaborative with clients to create their vision for their home or property!

Business Model
Install Pros model is a general contracting company specializing in residential and commercial properties. We focus on remodeling and property management. We are currently projected to complete 1.2M in sales this year. Our goal is to be a 4M company by 2024. We have many competitors in this industry but we tend to stand out through our workmanship and through the treatment of our customers. The key to our growth is hiring trained personnel for additional crews, as well as providing efficient and effective training to novice employees.

As Install Pros' operations manager, Logan manages the company's daily activities and builds the systems that makes it all flow. He is passionate about investing in the men he works with and providing a career and life they can be proud of. In his free time, he's an avid duck hunter, traveler, and comedy fan.
